Spring Clean Ups starts: April 16.
Grass and Hedge Cutting starts: May 1.
Fall Clean Ups starts: November 1.
Off-season starts: December 1.
Note: Condominiums, Apartment Buildings, House Complex, Plazas, Malls, Offices, Industrial etc. will count as Commercial Properties.
Want faster service?:
*Β Prices are determined by the lot size of the property (start price is <3000sqft). A service session is done every 2 weeks. Returning Clients can keep their old Plan or change to new.
*** $10 off price to cut only the Residential front area. Commercial properties have different prices.Β Extra Charge for overgrowth/mess. $30 Service Charge will apply to upgrade Plan.

Our efficient Plans have great value and is cheaper then the competition, allowing you to save more per month.
Prepaid Discounts
Clients get 5% off their plan if they prepay 2 or more sessions. Save more by paying in advance.
Ex. $54 + $54 - 5%= $108 $102.60
Easy Cancellation
You can easily in good faith, tell us to change or cancel your Plan or Commercial Contract at the end of the month, if needed.Β
Alerts, Schedules, Invoice
Clients can stay connected by getting alerts about next service, review their next service date, and get billed each month.
Grass Cut and Detailing
We will mow the grass on every lawn, detail by trimming and edging around corners and even in paths, and blow the area tidy.Β
Leaf Clean Ups
We will reasonably pick up any natural debris, leaves, sticks, and trash from April to December so the property looks clean.Β
Hedge and Bush Trimming
We will trim Hedges, Shrubs, and Bushes and bring them back to a good shape. This will be done once a month at our discretion.
Weed Spraying
We will lightly spray Weeds around with safe Fiesta spray & remove them. This will be done once a month at our discretion.
