Residential and Commercial
Spring Clean Ups starts: April 1.
Grass and Hedge Cutting starts: April 15.
Fall Clean Ups starts: November 1.
Winter Season starts: December 1.
Grass Cut Plans:
Note: Condominiums, Apartment Buildings, House Complex, Plazas, Malls, Offices, Industrial etc. will count as Commercial Properties.
Grass Cutting Service Descriptions:
Grass Cutting
We will mulch mow the grass on all lawns, at a 2.5 default height.
Weed Trimming
We will trim around corners, Fences, Trees, and Interlocks.
Blow Walk Areas
We will blow grass clippings and debris away from walk areas.
Leaf Clean Ups (Seasonal)
In Spring and Fall, we will blow and bag leaves for up to 2 visits.Β
* Overdue Invoices are subjected to Late Fees & Suspension. Extra Fee is charged for long grass/hedges or to restart suspended Services. Old Clients can keep their old Plan. *

Our efficient Plans have great value and is more affordable then the competition, allowing you to save more per month.
Auto Pay Discount
Clients who opt in with Auto Pay, receive $5 off their Plans and save. If your Plan is normally $55, then you will charged $50.
Easy Cancellation
Residential Plans do NOT have Contracts. You can cancel your Plan at any time. Commercial Plans do require a Contract.Β
Alerts, Schedules, Invoice
Clients can stay connected by getting alerts about next service, review their next service date, and get Invoices for each visit.
